Introduction to Ferrari Roma Body Kit

The preferred upgrade for the Ferrari Roma is a full Mansory-inspired transformation. The bodywork adopts an extremely sharp design language—razor-edged angles, taut straight lines, and deep geometric cuts replace the factory’s rounded restraint, delivering a cold, aggressive mechanical aesthetic.

🚗 Ferrari Roma MSY Kit – only belong to you

he factory Ferrari Roma is elegant and restrained—its flowing surfaces and understated stance embody the composure of an Italian GT. But once transformed with the German Mansory-style kit, the car’s fighting spirit is instantly unleashed. The full dry carbon fiber armor rewrites the body’s character with razor-sharp geometric language. Compared to traditional wet carbon, dry carbon is not only lighter and stiffer, but also significantly more resistant to UV degradation—meaning it resists yellowing even after prolonged sun exposure.

Why Choose Our Ferrari Roma Bodykit?

For the Ferrari Roma body kit, our philosophy is simple: break the old form, then reshape it. We turn elegance and restraint into a beast on the road. We respect the original design, yet every modification can stand up to the most critical collector’s eye. This is the complete value chain of our factory – from product development to final service delivery.

  • Batch-Level Consistency
  • Dedicated Mold, Non-Generic Parts
  • 7×24 Comprehensive Support

Batch-Level Consistency

Roma body kit is an individual piece, yet we demand zero deviation between them. Within the same batch, the resin content of the carbon prepreg, the layup angles, and the autoclave curing curve are identical. The refractive index of the clear coat and the weave alignment precision remain consistent from the first kit to the hundredth. This is not the random output of a workshop,it is repeatable quality under industrialized precision manufacturing.

Dedicated Mold, Non-Generic Parts

Standard mold bases are never used for modifications. Each Ferrari model package has its own production line, with exclusive steel molds developed independently. The molds are CNC‑machined from 1:1 3D scanning data of the original car. The cavity is mirror‑polished, so parts come out with a smooth surface right after demolding. The result: every gap and every mounting point is designed specifically for the Roma. There is no “close enough” fit caused by shared molds.

Carbon Fiber Production Process of Ferrari Roma Body kit

Forming and curing

Demolding and processing

Stage Precision Craftsmanship Excellence Delivered
01 Precision Cutting
Aerospace-grade dry carbon prepreg is cut by automated CNC machines to exact specifications. Every ply is oriented at the optimal fiber angle for maximum structural integrity. Flawless ply geometry, consistent fiber alignment
02 Meticulous Layup
Prepreg plies are stacked into dedicated molds layer by layer. Each layer is pressed to eliminate wrinkles and ensure complete conformity to the 296’s complex curvature. Zero voids, uniform wall thickness
03 Autoclave Curing
The layup is vacuum-bagged and placed into an autoclave. Precise heat (120–180°C) and pressure cycles consolidate the laminate into a void-free, lightweight structure. Fully cured, supercar-grade rigidity
04 Artisan Finishing
Cooled parts are demolded, CNC-trimmed, and hand-sanded to remove any flash. Mounting points are drilled to OEM spec. The surface is then primed or clear-coated to reveal the carbon weave. Show-ready surface, ready to bolt on
